Very easy to navigate, the narration helps keep you engaged because of the 6 hour class. Can also exit and return to finish after each section which helps if you get busy in real time. Online and very cost efficient. My certification was sent to state board within 24 business hours

Their website promises to report course completion to the state within 24 hours. It's been over 28 hours and no response to calls, texts, or emails. I purposely chose this site because it listed a customer service number and promised to report course completion within 24 hours. I would not recommend this site.

I needed to complete CE hours for my cosmo license. It’s a 4 hour course. I completed it and once I got to the end it logged me out of my account. I signed back in and it had said I was only 16% of the way done after I spent 4 hours doing this. I emailed them, no reply. I called them and the number doesn’t work. There’s no way to contact them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Started the online course and it shut down on me after about an hour had to restart from the beginning as it did not save my progress. Texted the help number on the website and got no response. Emailed and got no response. Restarted the course and got 71% of the way through it and it will not let me resume and complete. Emailed again and have yet to get a response. So far a waste of approximately eight hours of my time.

Easy to pay for and very simple to use. As soon as the class was done the immediately emailed me my completion certificate. I finished the course around 5pm Friday evening. Then they emailed me again Monday evening or Tuesday morning notifying me my hours were turned into the state. I'm very happy and will certainly use this class again.

I would NOT recommend using this place for anything. No communication available. Phone number is BS Automatically generated to text messaging. They will TAKE your money. Incorrectly report CE hours and not correct issue. You will get a nice emailed “ Diploma” that is absolutely worthless. Save your money and your time. Use a reputable company that will do what is expected.
