I had trouble booking a fitting on the website, so I walked in to schedule one. I was lucky to be in at a time when Kai could see me right away. I’m a completely new player who has only swung a club a few times, but Kai made me feel completely at ease and never foolish while helping me find the right clubs. I recently visited the Scottsdale store and purchased a used left hand Taylor Made driver. Staff was very helpful and great to work with.
When I returned home (out of state) I found the driver impossible to hit with any consistency. This was my second driver of the same type so I am very familiar with how it performs. I took the club in to a local shop two days ago and was told that the club had a right handed shaft attached! Had to fork out more money for the proper shaft. Now it plays great. I don't understand why a left handed driver is sold with a right handed shaft! Additional money I shouldn't have had to spend.

Robert was fantastic to work with. He took his time and really broke down the numbers to find the correct fit. It took several combinations, however, we found the correct balance for my swing between weight of shaft and club head. I wasn't producing enough power in my swing. The flex and weight of the shaft helped me immensely.
He is very easy to work with and you will get the results you are looking for.
