For being in business for 34 years as the owner says, he doesn’t know how to communicate or what customer service is. I dropped a sign off with “Chuck” and did not hear anything update about it. when i texted him on Friday (4 days after it was dropped off) if he got the chance to look at it, he left me on “read”. I texted him again on Tuesday and he also left me on “read”. I texted me again that I would be taking my business elsewhere and I would like my signs back and of course, Chuck is now able to respond to my messages. Chuck did not apologize, only afforded a lame excuse of he was busy with other projects. If he had said this when I dropped off my signs OR when i texted him, that would have been fine. Communication is everything. After all, there just signs. I don’t need them ASAP. But, Chuck would just rather ignore his customers that were referred to him by a bigger client that uses both his sign services and his family’s towing company (Bigger client upon hearing this referred me to a another Neon Sign servicer and agreed this is unacceptable and will not be using Chuck or Bosone towing anymore) Chuck also showed no remorse for his poor customer service, offering no apologies or lack of HIS communication skills. Only saying “Good luck”. Thanks for the luck Chuck, you’re right next to the 3rd largest city in the United states. It wasn’t hard to find someone else to do your service.
