My wife found this company online and suggested I use them for my new business logo design. I had options of many companies I could work with, but felt a company based in Richmond would be best as they know Richmonders and what would appeal to them. I also like to support local businesses, especially during the pandemic. So I was put in touch with Aaron. He had great ideas and worked efficiently to get the job done at a cost that was equal to or better than all those online logo companies. I was very impressed with the quality. Now I have a great logo and my business partner is impressed with the logo we got for a great price and 903 Creative is now our local go-to company. I saw one bad review, and I agree they could not start work on my logo the same day. But, I always felt like my job was important to them. I think they just have a lot of projects to work on because of the quality and value they provide.

There aren't even words to describe how absolutely thrilled I am with this company. Firstly, when I initially called a live person, Jenn, answered the phone. A very competent and also incredibly helpful person. I described the work I needed done to her. She said I would receive a call with an estimate and time frame. The company owner literally called me the next morning before 10am. Screw Fiverr—they stink compared to an outfit like 903 Creative. I spent a week trying to get help from Fiverr and before I even heard back from half the people I queried, 903 was done with my project. I needed one revision, which was included in the price and we were done. It was simple too. One or two phone calls, an email or two and they were off to the races. They're worth every penny you spend. I'm a real paying customer too. Not a paid shill. This outfit will be getting more business from me guaranteed.
