The best customer service, and the best internet service in general that I've ever used. If there is any ever issue which is inevitable when it comes to wifi they are there very quickly to take a look at the issue and fix with ease. Hey have a very great referral program as well. Thank you guys

We have had High Rapids for 15 months and have had incredible service! No matter the weather, rain, sun, snow, wind or ice it is always the same impeccable service! Any time a small issue arises, we call and they come out or help trouble shoot and it always fixes the problem! We love them. And their pricing is great! It doesn’t break the bank and they keep their promise. If my power goes out or anything happens to where it’s not working 100%, they call me and make sure everything is okay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! By far the best internet service and customer service we’ve ever had! Thank you guys!
