Took a chance on Ginger Hawk Customs based on a neighbor referral and were not disappointed, Alison and Andy run a top notch highly professional organization populated by dedicated, caring employees and contractors.

Our 25-year-old master bath sorely needed a facelift and Alison worked with my wife and I to find just the right balance of aesthetics and price point in the design. Communication was excellent and any questions or changes were addressed quickly and painlessly.

When the build out started Andy took over with his skilled and very pleasant work force. Impact was low on the rest of our home as great care was taken to ensure our floors were protected and dust kept to a minimum. The end result speaks for itself in the photos. Attention to detail is evident at every level, if there was something that didn't quite work as planned every effort was made to ensure that we were satisfied in the end.

As with any project of this size there are bound to be bumps in the road, there were very few, all were handled humbly and professionally.

We would use them again in a heartbeat - in fact we hope to use them again this year on a much larger project!

Gingerhawk Customs is most definitely worthy of 5 stars. They were a dream to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommended leaning on Alison for her knowledge in design. She is amazing! She did countless mock up layouts for us and her eye for materials is spot on. The entire staff is highly professional. We had Lauren and Pedro on our project for the majority of the time. Their attention to detail and workmanship was very impressive. They were incredibly talented and their professionalism with daily clean up each day was impeccable. Andy was onsite to check in regularly. After a few surprises during the demo process- he didn’t miss a beat with being able to work around the challenges. He even noticed some tiny blemishes in our new vent hood (that I didn’t even see) and took it upon himself to make everything perfect. This company is top notch. We will definitely use them again for any future remodeling needs.

Gingerhawk did an entire remodel of our first floor living space including demolition, design, and construction. We felt supported from the design process through completion of the project. They always had people working on site, as well as guiding the various sub-contractors involved in the project. Having the leadership for the design and the construction within one company made it go very smoothly. Whenever we had a question or concern, they were quick to respond. We are very satisfied with the results and plan to use them again to remodel our bathroom.

So incredibly happy I found Ginger Hawk! We wanted to start out small with a mudroom and fireplace reno, and will eventually move into more rooms of our home. Alison has an amazing design eye and made perfect suggestions to keep our rooms cohesive and modern. Andy and his construction team worked really hard to keep things on schedule and made sure everything was perfect. I loved how extremely responsive the team was with any questions I had, and it was impressive how clean they were. They took the time to protect our floors, our walls, and my plants! The team also treated our pups as if they were their own. Lauren greeted them and fed them treats every time she came to our home, and our dogs love her! When everything was close to being done, Andy and Lauren made sure I was happy with every detail. Highly recommend this team for all your custom construction needs. Can’t wait to have Ginger Hawk back for our kitchen and bathroom renos!

My experience with the team at Ginger Hawk has been fantastic! They did a kitchen/living room/dining room renovation for us 3 years ago, including the addition of a 2nd floor loft. We were so happy with the way that turned out and how easy it was to work with them that we then brought them back a couple years later to renovate 2 bathrooms. I can’t recommend them enough!
