Please read the complaints below from the Better Business Bureau’s website:

> Valpak buys and sells our data to kill as many trees as possible by spamming our mailboxes and clogging up our mail system. It must be stopped. Unsubscribing never works because they can always put the current resident on the label and say it's not addressed to you.

> Like MANY others, I wonder why ValPak is harassing me again. I told them NOT to send their garbage to my residence. It stopped for a while and now they're harassing me again. I do not want your garbage. Clearly, from all the complaints, no one wants this junk. I will take legal action if I ever receive ANYTHING from this company ever again.

> I have begged and pleaded with ValPak to stop sending me their coupon newspaper-style circular. I've asked on the phone 6 times and *** promises that it will stop but I might get another issue before it stops. But they keep coming. The material comes through my mail slot and explodes into a mess every time it comes. It's such a waste of paper, too. Please stop them from sending this unsolicited garbage mail to me.

This was by far the worst and most expensive advertising I've ever done. I paid over 1k for 30k homes the first month and 20k homes for the next month. I had 1 call and they didn't even book. My introductory deal is great and I have all 5 star reviews. Groupon has given me way more clients.
