WHAT A JOKE.
Save yourself TIME and money and just order from VistaPrint, because that's probably who prints their business cards for them anyway. They certainly don't do it in-house.
I walked in personally in the morning, placed my order and was promised a quote by the afternoon. Two days later I had to call and ask about my quote. What paper? said the first email. That's not linen paper, said the second email. How many? said the 3rd email - on the 5th day after I walked in. Mind you I went to S.G. because they used to be the place to go for next day premium business cards. Alas, that was long ago in a different World, I guess.
UPDATE: Just received threatening email requesting I remove my comment. Classy.

We needed some very large posters on foam core in two days. Anna was the only print shop who would take our order as we were also in the middle of a snow storm! Our posters were not only done quickly, but they looked amazing! Would highly recommend this business and will definitely work with them again.

Anna helped my company get a large project completed quickly. She was very responsive, communicated throughout the process, emailed proofs, and met the deadline we needed. Print quality was incredible and there was one of our documents that was not printing well on the selected paper, so she reached out and got it fixed for us so everything looked great. I have been using Signal Graphics for a couple of years now for many different types of print jobs. Invitations, save the dates, program material for events, family reunion history booklets and recently signage for a Barbie Box. I have stuff printed a lot. Vista print, Fed Ex, Office Max, Office Depot. NEVER AGAIN. I started using Anna and the Signal Graphics for a non-profit Orchestra (programs, signage, posters), and now I use them for everything. Their quality is THE BEST. Never disappoints - but more importantly - they provide the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. I will never use those other places again. Customer for life.
