The worst experience ever!!! They stole 2 weeks of my life just to come and tell me that they can’t provide their internet service on my address. I wish I contacted other internet providers first instead of wasting my time with TDS.

The worse experience ever I am so disappointed because I didn’t contact other internet providers
They waste two weeks saying that we can provide your Internet and when the guy come to our house to install the Internet, he said he’s not Internet in the ground and I will repay two months in advance for the servers which I’m not able to take the money back only in 4 to 6 weeks

This company started out terrific! I had their fiberoptic internet for almost a year to the day, that is until the nightmare began. I received a bill that was 2× the usual amount, upon calling I was informed that it was a 2 month bill as opposed to the usual monthly. The tech assured me that the due date (23 days after the call) was correct, and I could pay the full amount then. One negative hit on my credit score later for a late payment, I can honestly say this company has zero customer service and the recent outages make their prices unreasonable. If I could rate zero stars I would, avoid at all costs.

I've had TDS for a number of years because in his infinite wisdom, the developer of my subdivision gave them an exclusive for the neighborhood. They've been out at least twice a year to fix speed issues, and my personal opinion is that they were billing me for 600 mb service and then only providing 100mb service and blaming my hardware. Then to add insult to injury, they billed for an extra month when I terminated my contract two days PRIOR to the end of the billing cycle. Apparently, prorating a month is something that would be inconvenient for them to calculate. And what's an extra hundred bucks anyway?!? If you have any choice at all, use a more professional company.

I know a lot of people complain about TDS but I've actually had good experiences with them. The install tech was friendly and professional, the customer service on the phone has always been good, and I rarely experience slowdowns or outages. My house is in the Prospect Estates neighborhood and I've had TDS for about 2 years now.

Estes Park businesses: Do NOT use TDS. If you need reliable internet for your credit card processing, reservations, hosting, etc. they are completely unable to provide service. We've had severe issues for the past six months with dozens of service calls and instead of fixing the issue or letting us out of the contract, they wanted to charge us $3,000 for an early termination fee. I completely regret switching to TDS and I will switch away from them as soon as I'm able.

I walked into the Estes Park office frustrated as the tech on the phone that I called the previous night was not able to help. Brenda who was in the office was so calm and helpful that he provided me some confidence that this issue would be addressed. Thankfully she was able to get a tech out to our home the same day.

Canceled my service on the 28th, returned all equipment right away and got a zero balance receipt. They billed me for another month which was more than what I had been paying for previously. I told them that my account was canceled before the time they were billing me for and they have proof (the equipment was returned) that I didn’t have capacity to have service for the time they were billing me for service. Sent the bill to collections without it getting a response. What a joke of a company.
