Kent and Suzy Lindell and Colorado Land Co guided us through a rough real estate deal with a personal touch I doubt you would get anywhere else. Our buyer backed out of our interstate deal the day before closing, we are building a house in Maine, this set us back terribly, the most stressful time in my life hands down.Kent had a full price offer the same day which we accepted and the process started again, I had to tell my contractors we had no money for them. Kent and Suzy were the only thing that kept us going, Kent would call and be positive but straight forward and he let me vent more than once, so in the end we are so glad we went with Co Land Company and would recommend them strongly.
