I contacted them online and they got back to me about a week later. That was the first and last time they took so long to respond to my emails. I worked with Tyler, he was knowledgeable and quick to answer all my questions and cater to my requests. We had never ordered any sort of promotional products before and I felt a little lost but once we got the process started their website is really easy to navigate and "well stocked" I feel they have something for every budget. Once we confirmed the order they exceeded our expectations in the quick delivery of the products. We were able to use our personal artwork and they were even able to tweak several things for us. I have done two orders with RMPP for my company with shirts, hats, stickers and decals, and embroidery on goods we provided. Prices are fair and Tyler has been awesome to work with. There was one mistake and they gave me a discount and corrected it in short order. I can't imagine doing this with an online company and dealing with issues that arise. Its been awesome to be able to see and feel the products I'm ordering before hand, and Tyler has a lot of expertise to give guidance on products, sizing, and materials. If you need promotional products, i recommend giving them a try. I know I'll be back for round 3 at some point.

I highly recommend this company! We had an order of 17 shirts with embroidery. The quality of shirts, selection of sizes and quality of embroidery are outstanding! There was one mistake on one shirt size and Tyler comped it with a new shirt and embroidery for free. I even made a mistake on the spelling of a name and they were able to fix it at no charge! This is a fantastic business that will treat you with respect and personal care. I will always use this company for our future orders.
