Working with Daniel and the whole His House team is such an amazing experience. Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable and always provides prompt and clear answers to all our questions. The process from buying our new home to getting our first home ready to rent to actually getting the house rented was clearly laid out and well organized. I am currently renting with His House property management. To be honest I was skeptical at first. I thought the application was slightly rigorous. But through it there was always someone there willing to talk to me and answer my questions. After that the transition has been smooth! I appreciate the reminders they send for maintenance and when I had an issue with the garage door, it took only 3 hrs to get it repaired. So far, I’ve had a great experience using this company.
