My first experience working with a graphic designer and they were great! Communication was clear and prompt. Charlie answered every question for me and walked me through the process (and then some). Harrison & Haley have been amazing. I wish I could give them 10 stars. After researching large and small companies to help us redesign our website, we decided on J3Media and are so happy we did! Being a smaller company, we decided we wanted to work with a smaller company in hopes that they would be better to work with, and they were and went above and beyond on so many levels!

Harrison was available weekends, nights, & weekdays for any questions we had, and Haley was able to put our vision into a beautifully designed website. We cannot say enough good things about Haley, her design skills are incredible. We have had multiple clients specifically say they booked with us because of how much they appreciated our website. We have also been referring a lot of small local people to J3Media as well because of how impressed we were with them as a company.

It has been - and continues to be - an absolute pleasure to work with Harrison, Haley and J3 media. J3 Media is amazing at what they do. We have had some email and server issues due to using a hosting company with outdated servers. Not only did Harrison help us migrate to a new company with modern servers, he also tried his best to explain how it all works to give us a better idea of what we were doing.
