Sales told me this was a month to month agreement. $150/month for no results and you're stuck in a contract. They call once a month to upsell you too.

There is no return on investment with this company. Take your $150+/mo and go to Google Ads. Spend your time making a nice website and some landing pages. You will be FAR better off. I wasted tons of time chasing after their scores and metrics and all their fancy dashboard activities; for nothing. I get customers through many mediums and I ask each and every one of them where they found me or heard about me. I have NEVER had one say "oh, I saw your lovely profile on Upcity and the reviews people left you....". Here is the bottom line, don't waste your money or efforts sending your reviews to this platform. You will be far better served having them leave reviews on Google. As far as exposure, try social media, ads, anything but this service as you will be throwing your money in the trash can.

Absolutely love UpCity so far!!! I had no idea there were so many options for SEO companies! You will have to sign up to see what I mean but there is so many features to list. Its sort of like a sleeper optimization company. I signed up just for the listings but found so much more. Worth the money for sure!
