The White mountain snow tour was worth ever penny and more. They structure the experience very well. We started with a short trip to a big open area. Once we arrived we where allowed to go as fast as we wanted in a circle, which allowed all my kids to get a feel of how fast was safe and exciting at the same time. Then they divided us in groups of 4 and we had a great Guide (Mike!) who took us on the trails into the mountain and to the lake. Then to top it off when we got to the campgrounds he made us hot cocoa! Best experience ever. Loved it.

Great tour and views. Loved riding up to the top, in the fields, and the overlook of the lake. Shout out to Drew and Red, they were great hosts and guides. Looking forward to another trip.

We decided to go snow mobiling and picked this company. After our tour we were approached by the coordinator and he was astounded that we didn’t tip the full $240 USD - which we were not made aware of - no problem with tipping… but we were never told that there was auto gratuity. The way that we were approached was very condescending. We also had a gas tank open up and spray gasoline on 2 of our girls… during instructions you shouldn’t ask question or you’ll be told “are you done yet?” - I had asked one question. Ha. Anyway. They did not compensate us for any of the troubles that arised. Think twice before booking with these guys!

If I could rate this company a 0, I absolutely would. It’s has been snowing like crazy here at the mountains in Colorado. I am not familiar with driving under high snow conditions and this company does not provide transportation from the hotels anymore. Now due to the lack of transportation, I was supposed to drive 1 1/2 hours (From One Ski Hill Breckenridge) to get there for an activity of 2 hours. I called 2 days before, trying to cancel our snowmobile reservation but the woman on the phone JUDY would not let me cancel, saying that the road conditions will be fine. On the day of the event it kept snowing and the roads kept getting worse and I called them to let them know that I was cancelling. The lady on the phone, Judy, kept talking over me, ignoring what I was saying, and arguing with me saying that this is Colorado, and I should have expected this. I have tried to cancel this reservation for 2 days and I could not, it’s impossible to deal with this company. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone interested in snowmobiling. Their customer service is atrocious.

Shout out to Tim and Brandon they did phenomenal. I felt very safe even though I was scared. lol 😂 And it was my first time doing snowmobile. It was an amazing experience with my family!!!
