I emailed the company for some information about the products and services they sell.

China Morissette responded to my email, she was honest as she explained to me the products and services sold.

I did not buy any of the products or services as it was above my budget margin, but China surprised me with some tips and advice to meet my needs and my budget, she could have just said she couldn't help me and left it at that.

The tips and advice she offered did not lead to a immediate sale to her or her company, but all of my future big advertising will be done with her as she has proven to me to be an honest person who cares for her customers and isn't just trying to make a buck.

Hudson Ink., that’s a name that’s been around for a long time. I did business with them several years ago all you needed was a good Yellow Page ad and you were off and running. They did however help me get a good start on marketing, real marketing where you go to the customers and not wait around for them to come to you. It was so easy in those days, I started doing it myself and was okay doing it. The problem, times changed. Now its pageviews, sessions, bounce rate, average time on page, are you lost yet? Well I was, so, I found an ad agency with a really good price. That was my second mistake. To make a long story short, I moved everything back to Hudson Ink. January 1st of 2020.

They started with us a new website, new online marketing, and direct mail along with other things and coaching calls as I wanted then. My Marketing Coach China Morrissette has been instrumental in getting us up and running in such a short time. How short? This is the 19th of August 20, 2020 and we hit 30% of our sale budget for the year in two months, June and July. That’s what I call making a difference! Thank you, Hudson Ink. for everything you all do for us!

Our company in NC has experienced an explosion of growth in the last year and a half. This is due to many factors of our business we have improved, but i believe a large reason is Hudson Ink. The regular blog posts and easy to use, premade, campaigns successfully remind our customers of our services and get our name infront of more people. Getting started did take a long time, several months, but once I started working with China it became much easier and natural. She has been fantastic to work with. I would recommend Hudson Ink to any HVAC company (that`s not a competitor!).

I ordered a discontinued product and Scott Smith from Hudson Ink was nice enough to offer a full refund and send me what they did have available from the product line that matched what I was trying to order. I appreciate their honesty and offer to do their best to make things right.

I have never written a poor review on any business before, but I believe that the way that I was treated by these people requires one. I was told that there was a money back guarantee for using their services, so I thought that it was definitely worth trying them. I was told that somehow I received some value from my relationship with them, but at this point, I haven't received a good marketing plan from them, any advertising done by them or any other value. They felt comfortable charging me for two months advertising, and the setup fee. They did refund the setup fee and one month. I have nothing to show for the month that they didn't refund. I have asked them at least four times for my money back and for them to destroy any billing information on us that they have. I haven't even been able to speak directly to someone with authority to listen to me. That isn't a money back guarantee!! It also isn't good business!
