Based off other reviews as well as my own, it appears that these people like to claim that you need a whole front end rebuild when you come in for a simple re-alignment. They probably get away with this scheme quite a bit.
However they’ve been caught drastically exaggerating these types of claims by a few different mechanics, including my husband. Interesting enough, we were able to get two separate vehicles aligned with no problems by simply going somewhere else.

This place is awesome!!!! We were traveling from Iowa to Colorado Springs. Heard a rattle in the car, and they were the only auto repair we could find open on a Saturday between Ogallala, NE and Sterling, CO that would even squeeze us in. Jenny, the Mansfield manager, was absolutely wonderful. They were so busy, and she was so kind to all of us! The mechanic, Dennis, was great! Once he figured out what the rattle was, it was 15 minutes, and we were back on the road! Thank you all!!!

Dropped my car off right as they opened for a slow leak in one tire. I ran some errands, and as I was leaving town got a call to come get her. It'd been maybe 20-30 minutes. Talk about rapid service! And it was super cheap.

Had appointment, took off work, showed up, was told the mechanic was out and needed to reschedule. Was given a week later for the new appointment. A phone call would've been appreciated.
