Steffany's once-a-month small group sound bath and meditation sessions are an experience you won't regret. They are an opportunity to experience an hour of serenity and grounding - a respite from life's frantic pace. The space Steffany has created feels safe and peaceful. The March 2023 sound bath took four of us (complete strangers) on a guided mental journey through a beautiful forest. We walked a path of lush green moss, barefoot, towards a large oak tree where we settled in to focus our breathing. I won't give away the lovely surprises we experienced along the way, but all five of our senses gently, and sometimes wondrously, came in to play. It was, at times, astonishing. I would highly recommend Steffany and Echo Studio to anyone who might be curious about how sound and meditation can be used as a therapeutic device or simply a tool to use to slow down and regroup. I think it could even change a person's life.
