I hired FlyHi Photography to take photographs of my single family home that has an attached ADU over the garage. Although the pictures were very good the floor plan and 360 view were completely messed up. I tried calling twice and you cannot leave a voicemail. I sent several text messages and NO ONE ever responds. So I have paid for floor plans and a 360 view I cannot use. FlyHi needs to have a customer service contact.
