Fernando was awesome at checking in with me on my preferences and finding out any areas of concern. I really appreciated that he looked thoroughly in the garage to let me know where some rodents having getting in and patched it up. Very professional and kind. Saela has the best employees! Professional and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with their work. Winter and Summertime spiders and unwanted guests. They are on it and so glad I switched from Orkin. I honestly have never got that kind of thorough lookout from any other pest control service. If they come to your door give them a chance. They truly are great! Michael and Fernando are the best!

Michael my service tech was very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. He answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell me.

However, I don't like my binding contract with Saela. Ive had an easier time getting out of marriages than my contract with the company.

Not a bad service, I just don't need it any longer.

David is great about communicating when he is on his way and when he is finished. He sends pictures and a description of the work he does. We have not had any issues with insects or rodents, since we hired Saela. They are the best pest control business in Colorado Springs.
