Just tells you what you want to hear and what sounds good to lure you into signing up then you trap you with a 3 year contract you can’t get out of and don’t care about you after you give them what they want by signing up

Today I visited my local Costco Business center in Burbank IL, I walked in for groceries and drinks (the usual) and ended up walking out with a brand new phone for free over a billing period of 36 months. The sales associate Kamal was super detailed and descriptive when it came to breaking down all the details surrounding the purchase of the phone and the transfer of mobile carriers. Hands down the best phone purchase experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for as long as I can remember and I never thought I’d switch but his genuine sales pitch not only saved me money but also helped me upgrade practically for free I would rate my experience today (10/31/23) a 10 out of 10.

Anybody who has ever left a review other than 5 stars is lying! As somebody who goes to several Costcos, constantly checking in on the new AT&T promotions, this one by far has THE BEST customer service! I had to ask for the names of the employees, so I could leave a great review for them! Nevaeh and Kamal are the sweetest and most patient people I’ve encountered. They helped me activate my phones and even took the time to help me apply for some government program that would let me lower my phone bill even further. They answered all my questions and told me I could stop by anytime. Will be back again, I highly recommend!
