Just want to give a HUGE shout out to Lindsay from the floral department. I needed a bouquet last minute for a school dance. When I called, I spoke with Lindsay and she was just coming in for the day and she wasn't sure if she still had any available slots but asked what I was looking for and took my information. I told her I was on lunch break if she could leave me a message either way. Knowing I was at work and couldn't take calls, she texted me that there was a slot available for me! She confirmed my order, a few days later, to my surprise, she even sent me a picture of a beautiful bouquet! I feel like she went above and beyond and deserves recognition. I will continue to use Stracks floral department because of her outstanding customer service!

I’m honestly really sick of trying to buy this specific cheese and having half of it be moldy. Here is an example of the top one starting to mold against the bottom one which is not. This picture is actually one of the very mild cases. I had to return 2 of these that were sold to me past the expiration date, but I had no idea until I got home and they were fuzzy and blue. I’ve told Stracks to go through those cheeses multiple times and they’re always leaving moldy cheese out. Really annoying. Rotate your foods properly.

VISITED ON 01/29/25 AROUND THE 10:00AM HOUR. THE STORE WAS FAIRLY BUSY BUT NOT AS BUSY AS ON THE WEEKEND. MY STORE VISIT WAS A VERY POSITIVE ONE. THE STORE WAS VERY WELL MAINTAINED WELL STOCKED WITH A DECENT VARITY OF MERCHANDISE TO CHOSE FROM. THE CASHIER WAS A LITTLE BLAH 😒 😂 BUT OVER ALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE. LIKE THE ST JOHN LOCATION BETTER THAN THE OTHER LOCATIONS.

I would give zero stars if available. I have tried to do a pick up order 2 times now. The first ordering tried to do wasn't done after sitting in car for an hour after the time I was supposed to pick up. I ended up canceling and leaving. The second order was today. I sat again for 40 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be done. The only reason I didn't cancel this time is because the guy that was going to pull my order was so nice. So I stayed. I will be finding another store to do my grocery pick up in the future. I wouldn't recommend

The worst self check out machines. They are so slow an u have to wait until it's done telling you the price of the item and what it is an the screen giving you a green light before you can put item in bag if u scan an put in bag to quickly it makes you take out item wait for an associate it was ridiculous after the 2nd time I just gave up an went to target an got what i needed

Paczki Day 2022 is March 1st this year! Moving here 2021 had to find a new place for Paczki and while shopping was pleasantly surprised to find a whole table of them out with a variety of fruits and Bavarian cream that were packaged with 4 for $3.99. So glad to come across them as it made me think of my previous bakery. See my photo. Below is my previous review from last year.

Thinking of moving to the area and decided to stop in Strack & Van since that would be where I would be shopping if I chose to go ahead with the move. I never heard of the store before. I was pleasantly surprised with the store and found many good prices and good food. What I really liked was the friendliness of people - I was walking down the aisle with my cart and someone actually moved over and said I am sorry - I didn't mean to block your way! Wait what? Someone actually said that? Not where I live now!!!! Seems like a nice place. I signed up for the emails so I could keep track on sales etc to see if it really is good prices and I would say yes it is.

So disappointed in your produce. The quality doesn’t match the price at all. I don’t know if it’s only this location but the Sugar Bee apples were rotten on the inside even though the outside looked delicious and the sweet peppers tasted like your refrigerator system needs some maintenance. What is going on with your quality? I hope that this review raises attention to your produce & purchasing departments.
