If you like doing business with good people, check out this team. I called Jason Skarpness to see if he could locate a picture he had taken of my father-in-law seven years ago for a school photo. We loved the picture and wanted to use it for a funeral headshot. Jason so kindly tracked down the old image and got it to us on the same day (while he was clearly working another job all day long). The kindness of strangers during difficult times makes this world a better place. Thank you!

Ordered a soccer team photo. (Mason City Parks and recreation). The rest of the team got their orders but mine was missing. Called Jason and he asked me to text the info and that he would get back to me by the end of the week . Two weeks went by. Texted again that I either need a refund or a photo. Still have neither. Judging by another post I read he makes this a habbit.

I would think that the schools could find a better studio. Or the studio could actually be more concerned about the quality of the photos. Very hit or miss. Often tossed in a drawer. This is a family loves photos but more often very disappointed

They're awful. My daughters looked so washed out in their pictures and they are extremely tan. They also had them pose really weird. Very unorganized. Wish the school went with life touch instead.

I paid for a dancing dolly and check cleared, but still no dolly!!!! I called several times and still nothing! Don't order from these crooks!!
