Wow. Misrepresented a 1 bedroom as a 2 bedroom; the rental did not pass inspection for housing, and it took literally weeks for anyone- I or housing- to get in contact with them. I do not recommend this agency.

This Property management is amazing!!! Although my plans had changed and I no longer was coming to Fairbanks, Stephanie was quick to accommodate me in getting my deposit back and was extremely understanding. If I were to ever relocate to the Fairbanks area, I will be using Cyclic Properties again. Highly recommend.

Rented me a place that should be condemned. Actually it is because they barricaded my back door because my kid literally fell through the rotten porch boards. It's been several MONTHS and when I asked about it was told by the owner "it's not your home, it's just a rental". $1700/m. Worst business I've ever delt with. But the Airbnb is really nice downstairs. Next rental I will avoid this company like the plague. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM they don't listen or even try. You are a number. Ask my neighbors. Zero stars.
