This review is long past due! We had our house fire on March 19, 2022. Kenny was our contractor and we couldn’t have asked for a better one! He was so caring and patient, yet was able to gently push me when it was time to make urgent decisions. He listened to all our ideas during the rebuild and strived to make them happen to the best of his ability. He worked tirelessly on our unique staircase and it was a success! We get many compliments! He worked hard to get this project done so that we could be out of our rental house when we needed to be. We moved back home May 2023. We are so appreciative for Kenny and Servpro for helping us through the worst time of our lives. We will be forever grateful! On 9/27/24 my home got flooded with 24 inches of water from hurricane Helene. I didn't know what to do next. While visiting a neighbor I saw a crew cleaning a house out. I inquired and ran into Brooke Fritchen. I asked her if they could do my house? Expecting "well maybe a month or two" she replied yes a day or two. Brooke was the friendliest most upbeat person I have ever met. Two days later her and her team went to work on my home. They were amazing. They gutted and cleaned and dried and sanitized my home in about 7 days. They had ample crew and equipment to get the job done quickly and efficiently. The pictures and reports they provided were invaluable for my insurance claims. I contacted here for some follow up info and she responded immediately. Thanks so much Brooke, for your smile, you were a pleasure to work with!

My hose broke on my washer in the middle of the night water was everywhere. My insurance adjuster put me in touch with Servpro and other than cleaning up the actual water the night of the incident the young man that was sent to my house was Kamren. Him and his crew absolutely took care of everything from drying out my house , removing flooring and appliances. They were very respectful to my property, myself and my animals . I would highly recommend this crew!

We had just finished a 4-month remolding job, and my wife went downstairs and found water in our utility room, hallway, bedroom and closet. We called 2 local companies and SERVPRO got back to us right away, this was a Saturday night. The other company took 2 days to call us back. The next morning SERVPRO had a crew working in our basement removing carpet, sheetrock and mold remediation. From start to finish the guys with SERVPRO did exactly what they said they would do and took care of our item like it was their own. They moved furniture out of the water damaged area and laid plastic down in the good area to set those items and covered them. They finished each step in a timely manner and kept us in the loop as to when the next step would be done and what they were going to do. We are extremely happy with the work SERVPRO did for us. It was a high stress time and the handled it like pros. Thank you again.
