Hall & Hall was a GREAT Civil Engineering firm to work with! They assisted us on a 23 acre site development in Cedar Rapids from the early site design stages all the way to project turnover. Their knowledge and expertise was second to none and they were fantastic working with the City through approvals. As an out-of-town General Contractor they made the process easy, even recommending several subcontractors along the way who turned out to be rockstars for us. Loren and AJ were fantastic to work with. From start to finish, they walked with us and guided us through every step of the process. In the end, we have a beautiful new activities complex.

They gave us great advice in make sure our product was quality, and also advised us on how we could save some money as well.

They were highly approachable and available to us when we needed anything from special meetings, communications, or a simple question over the phone.

Make sure you specifically ask for a licensed surveyor and before they start the work ask for proof that they are. This company will send out surveyors that are not licensed in Iowa the first time, so that when you need documentation you have to pay a second time for a licensed surveyor to come out again.
