Most of the 5-star reviews are from 3+ years ago, prior to the Liberty acquisition. Constant outtages in the Vedic City area of Fairfield. May just be because it’s a sparsely populated rural area. Had better luck with Mediacom but not offered in this part of town. Would not recommend if you work from home.

Install was 2 days after originally scheduled(wasted vacation day). They didn't install like we discussed causing them to cut my antenna coax, track mud across my carpet and poked the cable up randomly through the floor. Brought this up to them twice and was told sorry but no offer to reimburse even a percentage of the installation fee, which had to be paid ahead of time. Also, returned the router because it kept shutting off (had to wait in the parking lot for half an hour because the office was locked). Here's to hoping they credit my account. Needless to say, I'm not very impressed with the caliber of customer service they have provided us. Hopefully you have a better experience.

I’ve been without the internet for 3 days now , the service tech’s sucks, I do NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone. I’ve been told 6 times I would get a call back, nope, switching to Windstream I hate lyars. I don’t believe they have any tech support. Sign a year contract get your money , sorry I don’t have you in the system, piss poor service.

Now, three years later I am less excited about this company. It seems to have become more normal after being acquired by Liberty Communications. After the acquisition we had billing problems. They didn't accept Natel's former method of my paying automatically from my local bank account. No idea of why. They fixed it within two months.
Now, on this past Friday at 5pm service was closed without warning, and not restored until noon the next day. Service staff were unreachable via phone during the 19 hour shutdown. Once service was restored I saw a note as posted hours before but of course no readable until service was restored. No responses to my numerous phone calls and messages from Friday after 5 pm and until noon on Saturday. I run a TV show via a New York broadcaster on Friday evenings thus I needed to cancel it and the income from it. Expensive. I will now get a backup installed to avoid such in my future. Natel is fine, just not as great as pre-acqusition three years ago. Employees are great. Problem may be in management. I advise many companies on such. I'm senior advisor to a $300 billion/year company that includes telecom.

i was with Natel for over 5 years had great service. Anytime needed help the personnel was very professional and pleasant to work with. They always responded in a timely manner and fix the issue with as little interruption as possible .
The cost of their services is very reasonable for the area i lived in.
Natel is a valuable asset to have in todays electronic world.
I highly recommend their services to home or business.

Best price and quality option for my rural setting. One time I was down a weekend because multiple lightning strikes hit Friday ...at this price I don't expect 24/7 on site rapid response, in fact that is part of what put previous ISP out of biz at twice the price. Other than weekend, service response has been excellent.

We live in the country where, until we were told about Natel 7 or 8 years ago, the only internet access available to us was pathetically slooooowwwww dial-up. We signed up with Natel and have never regretted a second. Issues have been few and far between, but when there are issues they are resolved quickly and with the utmost care for our needs. When I hear people in town complain about their providers, I ALWAYS tell them about our great experience with Natel. Thanks for so many years of GREAT service!

Customer service is lacking. As a potentially new customer, I've had to keep on them about just checking for service/signal and now after 3 months of following up with them via email and phone calls, I'm still waiting for them to confirm if a strong enough signal was found and to get a quote for how much everything would cost. In addition to this, their their driver got the bucket truck stuck in our front yard and caused deep ruts for which there was no apology for nor plan to fix them as of yet.

I'm hoping this review will reach them, not because we want their service anymore but for a plan to be in place to fix our yard since email and phone calls don't seem to work.
