We stopped here and I wish that we didn’t. The guy with long hair was grumpy and didn’t care to talk to us at all. He fixed our drinks spilling all over the cups. We ended up throwing the drinks away because we couldn’t drink them. They were completely loaded with caramel. I was disappointed that I ended up calling the Starbucks. The same guy was on the phone I told him the reason for my call and how unhappy I was with the service and the drinks… he told me ok! Not even an apology.

Twice now what I order on the mobile app is not what I receive. I like to edit the amount of sugar and get non dairy. Both times the drink didn't have the info on the sticker. Both times they tried to give me something without the nondairy cold foam. When I corrected them they said they would remake it (no apologies) and then gave me something that still had no cold foam. I told them that still wasn't what I ordered, again no sorry about that. I question if what I eventually got was almond milk and the amount of sweetener they put in it because it is super sweet. I can't even drink this. People with allergies and strict dietary needs stay away!

I've been wanting to give this location the benefit of the doubt since they are a new location, but recently orders have not been accurate or missing something from the mobile app.
My last visit I placed an order with two items and noticed one was not even close to what I ordered, not sure how matcha frapp is close to caramel ribbon crunch. Couldn't wait for correction so had to take what I got.

i usually love coming to starbucks and they have great staff for the most part but today one of the ladies was very disrespectful and made me feel stupid and was just all around passive aggressive

Bobby and AJ saved the day! I have never been to this Starbucks before, and we were just passing through, but I stupidly placed my order for the wrong location. These two baristas took great care of us and helped me figure it all out! They got our whole family taken care of, and were very patient with an exasperated mother, as I was losing my mind with my 3-year-old trying to check out every single gift card, and a screaming 1 year old. I sincerely appreciated their kind attitude, all their help, and of course they made us fantastic drinks and got the whole family fed. Thank you for understanding that my mom brain screwed up, it's service like this that makes me happy to stop at any Starbucks along my route!! THANK YOU BOBBY AND AJ!!! You exemplify Starbucks' best!

Came in earlier this afternoon after a hard day to grab a drink with a friend. The store was empty, except for a few employees. One employee (I think her name was Allison) was on a phone call behind the counter, sounding very irrational. Once she got off the phone, she started making angry comments about her job, and how she felt that she was the only one who could do it right, but also said something about not being able to handle being assistant manager. The rest of the employees were noticeably uncomfortable, as was I. I understand that workplace drama happens, but talking bad about fellow employees (one who she mentioned by name) in front of customers felt very inappropriate.
