Communication with the Tech, Zach was great. He was able to start early which really helped. He was professional and after the install stayed to insure I had good connectivity and no problems with the modem. Great service and a great experience.

Technician was wonderful. The 5 days trying to get help were horrible. Hours and hours in phone being transferred over and over to various departments, being hung up on, very 1st night I was promised to be reconnected within the hour and when I called back they just said sorry, not going to happen. Took 6 days.

Our Kinetic Service Technician came out sooner than expected. He took excellent care to be sure he resolved my issue completely and didn't just accept his first results. Because of that, he identified another trouble spot and now I can be confident I won't be dropped from any more video meetings. He was also very respectful of our property. The technicians are great. Customer service isn't and they refused to let me speak to a manager. Don't ever get a billing issue. It took 6 months to get our issue fixed and we didn't get a refund.

I was not happy they was to be here on the 11th no show then I was told 2 othe times and again no shows then I confirmed a time time on the 21st a no show then when I called on 10/22 I was told yesterday was an inconvenience for.the repairman but it's OK to let customers go 16 with no internet and it's not an inconvenience for us. I had to change and cancel alot of appointments due to.this I love the internet u provide just not the way it's no getting resolved when it's suppose to be
