This was my first time hiring a marketing agency to complete a significant project for my company, and across every metric, Aidan Taylor exceeded my expectations.

The first thing that stands out is Aidan Taylor’s professionalism and responsiveness. In this engagement, Aidan Taylor helped me build out detailed buyer personas for my business (a staffing agency) and then create a new brand. I’d been operating for 5+ years when we started this project, so it was important to me to keep the core values of the existing brand while using the new personas and brand to take my company to the next level.

We conducted several 60-minute discovery sessions where Aidan Taylor expertly guided me through expansive discovery questions. One thing I look for when engaging with any professional services organization is how well they listen, and these folks took copious notes of each conversation and then distilled them into an actionable branding plan.

I was also impressed by their broad business acumen regarding how my personas would receive different company names and what I would term our brand “voice”. We started with 1,000 company names, and then whittled the list down to 300, 50, 10, and 3 finalists. Rather than outright reject any of the ideas I might have felt strongly about, they used their experience, market data, and common sense to guide me towards our final selection. Which I love!

Finally, I feel sincerely that the investment I made in Aidan Taylor delivered proper value. It wasn’t the cheapest option I uncovered, but when it comes to something as important as branding, price was not my main driver. I feel they absolutely respected each dollar I invested, and the quality and timeliness of the work was excellent. I look forward to working with Aidan Taylor in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.
