They extort money by making paid fines come back on paid. They also don't follow the true Iowa code and laws of Iowa they make there own laws up. I have found over 30 wrongly charged and or convicted people in the Marshall county court records. This county needs to be shut down and records gone threw theraly to undo the unjustly convictions.
