Cox never changes!!! Over charged every chance they get. I received an email that EBT ending they would give a $10 credit for one year , well I got one month and now they play dumb !!!! New cell phone service doesn't work, I have gotten the run around for a month now. To EXPENSIVE!;! And no service or customer service

Awful. They charge more than direct tv and you get a lot less channels. It freezes up half the time when watching, and when you play your DVR recording it errors out and plays their version you can’t fast forward through. The customer service hasn’t been great, and they said our security was bundled in and free, only To find out it’s $45 and costs $500 to cancel it! Can’t wait to go back to direct tv. Avoid them at all costs.
