Will keep you waiting for a scheduled, quarterly rebate check for over 30 days. Will INSIST that it's on the way but then will have no way to track it!! Group insurance plans are the biggest scam known to history!!! FYI if you're self-employed with no employees, they won't cover your medical bills if it COULD have been covered under a worker's compensation policy that you're NOT required to have!!

These guys manage the FSA that the bank I work at uses.....Getting money from them is like pulling teeth. Keep in mind here that my employer contributes nothing to my FSA....this is 100% my own money. I stuck it into this plan thinking that was the responsible thing to do and when it comes time to pay out on claims the documentation they seem to think they need is so above and beyond that most providers reciepts dont cut the mustard. Seems like they really just want to "nanny" over the entire process and cant trust professionals arent trying to scam them out of our own money?

Iowa bankers is an absolute joke when it comes to lording over FSA plans.

I worked for several years at Mayo Clinic and our FSA there was on a debit card.....worked like a charm, no questions asked, no cumbersome reciept turn in process.....How funny, it could work there yet these jokers use the crutch of "the government requires it"......yeah ok whatever. Except in the rest of the world thats not the way it is.

I wont make the same mistake twice, next year ill just keep my hard earned $500 in my own pocket. Just hoping I can get most of my money back yet for 2022.....as of right now its looking bleak.

First of all, if you're thinking to go with Iowa Mortgage Bankers for your mortgage then I would say just Stay away from this financial Institute. They will show you the hope and at the time of closing they take that hope away. Very unprofessional people who have no knowledge about mortgage process but act like professionals. Iowa Mortgage bankers doesn't work directly, you have to go through a other financial Institute and Iowa Mortgage bankers will handle your mortgage. I would say just go to the bank who handle mortgage itself instead of a third party involvement. And if any chance you do decide to go with this bank and then I would say Best of luck for not getting the house.
