I have been working with straight Care staffing for couple of months now and so far so good, I don’t have any complaints about the agency. They have jobs available anytime, any day and treat their employees with respect. Their chain of communication is top notch, as they carry every employee along.

Within the short time of beeper of this organization, I have had a little bit of overall positive experience with the Agency and their management of the facilities. The range of facilities available has been impressive, and the Agency has done a commendable job in ensuring that these facilities are served, well-covered and efficiently managed.

One aspect that stands out to me is the professionalism and politeness of the Agency group administrators. They have consistently demonstrated excellent communication skills and have been attentive to the needs of both the employees (me in person) and the organization. Whenever there have been issues or concerns, they have been quick to address them and find suitable solutions. I am amazed.

Very efficient and consistent in paying (weekly) and they’ve many facilities also flexibility is top notch in picking up schedules. I Would like if rate is upgraded or increased since there are no OT pay.
