Front office ladies were nice. Tech was nice but work was not great. Over 4 hours to install in the house. He placed the router in the basement opposite corner of where 99% of use would be and said it “should” reach the other side. Turns out it does not. We had to purchase an extender on top of paying for their 200$ router. The router is connected to a single ethernet cord. There is a huge bundle of ethernet cords in the basement that are connected to absolutely nothing. Everything that I have read says that routers should be centrally located in the home away from concrete walls and metal objects. Our router is placed in the corner where two concrete walls meet and all of the heating and furnace work blocks its signal to the upstairs. Staff was very nice though

Speeds seem stable and consistent.
500mbps is 500mbps. When I used Mediacom in CR I had a 500Mbps package but would pull around 280/300mbps max usually.

The customer service is an absolute joke. The prices are outrageous. They basically have a monopoly on the city of palo for intetnet. Id say steer clear but if you live in palo and want intetnet you cant.
