Great find ! We had a factory mistake on multiple pieces for an event , Doug is a great communicator and was able to understand what we needed, make sizing recommendations, and fix them with high quality stamping and embroidery ! Inside the store, was stocked with brand name blanks of all varieties and lots of past work on display, very surprising for downtown 'Burg' . Very pleased, Doug came through! Highly recommend , and will use for another project!

First of all, I would like to say that the customer service was wonderful. Unfortunately, that was the only wonderful thing about my experience. I dropped off fifteen jackets for my school sport’s team to have names and numbers embroidered on the arm. All of the lettering was uneven, and there were loose strings that I had to ask to be cut on a handful of the jackets. One of the jackets had the wrong name embroidered, removed, and stitched over with the correct name, but the mistake was still visible and ruined a $70 jacket. Another had one of the letters half-formed, and I was told nothing could be done to fix the issue. All in all, I would recommend this place if you don’t care about the work looking neat and tidy as long as it’s cheap.

I commissioned 3 custom Chef Coats that had names and logos on them. The end result was better then I hoped for. Phenomenal work! Highly recommend their services Ann’s I look forward to going back for future projects.

I found Hudson Valley print shop online. I made tote bags for my Africa trip and wanted it to be embroidered. I took it to the print shop and Douglas said it can be done. To my surprise my bags came out beautiful. It was also ready when it was promised. Thank you so much and I will return.

Great experience! Doug was fantastic. I had a new business logo heat transferred on 6 t-shirts for a surprise last minute gift. They turned out wonderful with a quick turn around time. While there, I looked at the embroidery work done on other jobs and was very impressed. I will definitely use this business again.
