Talk about unprofessional. My daughter and her friends went there to get a picture framed after getting into an art show. Raj, not only was rude to their mom, telling her to shut up when she inquired about the price, but also guilted her for needing framing so quickly, asking for “tips”. He was even speaking to his friend over the phone about it… the work was originally $70, but he charged $117. The service was horrible and will not be going again. Tried supporting a local business but after this… Michael’s had better prices and service. It only got one star because that is the only way to post this review.

Raj was really great with helping me get passport photos for my young kids. The pictures came out good and were properly sized for the application requirements. Service was quick and friendly and the price was reasonable.

Raj is not only very good at what he does but also extremely nice and welcoming. I came into his store not exactly knowing what I needed as my wife sent me and said "print these photos and make them look good". Raj used his expertise and took my horrible looking photos and gave me perfect photos in return. I HIGHLY suggest Raj and 30 Minute Photo for any photo needs! You don't last 23 years in the neighborhood unless you are doing something right and Raj is!!

Great experience. Raj was extremely helpful and accommodating. I bought a used camera online and I needed to get film developed to see if it worked. Raj gave me a free roll of film and same day development. You can’t beat that. I’ll definitely be back.

I was “helped” by the owner, Raj. He was rude and overcharged me for my pictures. I asked for 6 pictures of passport sizes and he charged me $98… When I said I didn’t want them anymore because of the price he started yelling, saying that “His boss is gonna kill him” (when he previously had told me that he was the owner), and that "I made him waste 'important' material". He forced me to pay, taking pictures of my card, ID and saying that if I "dare" to cancel the charges he was gonna “report me” because his son is a cop and his daughter a lawyer. It has been the worst experience in a store so far, I was threatened, humiliated, and cheated. Awful service—what is even sadder is the terrible quality of the pictures. Nobody should go there.

Raj is the best, always looking to help out. Film scans are good quality. Always professional and courteous staff. If they don't offer a service or product, they will tell you where to go nearby and give advice. A true pleasure to deal with.

I went in to develop my disposable camera. I have used this place before and have always paid one price. When I went in today he told me a much higher price, when I asked him about it he began to yell and even told me to “shut my mouth”. He grabbed the paper off the counter which had my phone number on it before I could reach for it. Once I left he continued to call my cell phone to try and continue the conversation. Rude, unprofessional, very condescending, would NEVER use!
