By far the best experience I’ve had with a design company! Danny is very attentive to our needs and makes everything so simple through his process. I have now bought stickers and new shirts for my team from him and the turnaround time is super quick! He has got his business dialed in on all 8 cylinders. He also worked on a new design for our brand and was given our proof to accept on the same day! Danny and his teams work ethic is out of this world! Twisted Swag is AMAZING. In the months leading up to our car show I was put in charge of getting four different kinds of shirts--full color long sleeve cottons and UV sunshirts, screen-printed short sleeves and embroidered polos. So many issues of this project were taken in stride so easily by Danny, the owner--"File not in the right format? Here let me show you how to do that." "Last minute additions? No problem, I'll make it work." "You need 'em that soon? Don't worry, I got ya."

Three other vendors I reached out to prior to this shop were causing lots of deadline anxiety--they would not let me add to an order, they took days to respond to voicemail, they wanted to change my custom design. I was on the brink of having to cancel and refund 3/4 of the shirts for the show due to their deadline constraints.

Then Danny came into the picture and saved the day. He was very calm, very resourceful and absolutely pleasant to work with. He solved problems on the spot. He got my "impossible deadline" order done on time. Everyone LOVED the shirts. Obviously Twisted Swag is my go-to next year. It's so rare to find customer service like this.

Twisted Swag did it again! We placed an order of shirts/tanks for our gym to sell in honor of BCA month in October. Wanted to print some fun tank tops for a big event our band was performing at. We never dreamed we'd be able to get the tank tops done in time for the show which was only a few days out. Danny was so helpful and professional and made it happen with very little time! The end result was exactly what we were looking for! The tanks were so cute and a great value! Twisted Swag has provided hats, shirts, merchandise and collaterals for Two Sparks Electric for many years. Recently we used them for a special order for LoveIAM. Yesterday we popped in without an appointment as we did last time. We were greeted by the lovely Dog-Staff (best part of Twisted Swag) and once again our new order was facilitated immediately and we were on our way to a dinner date. Twisted Swag is reputable, professional yet an unassuming demeanor that makes customers feel very important regardless of the amount of business transacted. You leave with assurance your order will be processed as promised, usually with a delivery ahead of schedule.

I can not say enough nice things about Daniel and Twisted Swag.
I needed to order 25 shirts for my daughter's High School's Powder Puff tournament and I needed them fast.
Daniel was amazing, and he helped us through the entire process. The shirts came out great and the girls were very happy. We will definitely be using Twisted Swag again. Great experience!
