$3,000 a month for mistakes, apologies and unfulfilled promises.

I’m the broker owner of a small company. Most people would describe me as easy going and understanding I get we’re human beings and we make mistakes, but come on…

I have three agents. When one of my agent’s profile is posted twice, that’s is lack of attention to detail. When the wrong phone number is on my website, it’s not unreasonable for me to be a bit annoyed.

I’d no sooner get off the phone after pointing out yet another error, and one of their marketing people would call in a fake sales pitch voice to ask how everything was going. Do you not talk to each other? Apparently not.

Dreadful. Simply dreadful experience.

There are companies that will do more for way less, and get it right the first time.

Terrible company! Shady and difficult to contact. They will take your money and in response put in 10% effort at most. They have no intentions on retaining customer loyalty and certainly do not care about their clients.
