Really loved the space. I was looking for a place to shoot my short and came upon this one . Needless to say I was very lucky with what I found. Octavia was such a nice person when it came to booking, she allowed me to use her space for two days and accommodated my team and I. (A team of 13-14 people). We were able to set up a whole tent in one of the rooms and film for a professional movie. There was some issues with noise, but Octavia was able to make things quieter so that we could resume filming. Can’t recommend this place enough whether it’s for film or music, octavia has you covered. Very grateful for this space.

We had an outstanding experience here. We host several podcasts and needed a room to do exactly that, and this space came through for us big time. The staff was professional, easy to work with, and they had a very latge space. Plus its in a central location near JFK airport and all the highways in East Queens, so easy to get to. We had a party of 30+ and we were comfortably accommodated. We’ve been here a few times, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.
