SPAM!! This company has been automatically subscribing computer tech professionals for YEARS to their email list. While googling this company, I came across a bunch of other computer tech professionals with the same complaints. We all received the same generic email (says it's from ReachBase but the company is actually Reach Marketing) telling us that we were automatically subscribed to their list and they would like to "occasionally" send me emails and business offers. For each email sent, there is a link for me to unsubscribe. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AVOID!

I went on their website today and I had a pleasant experience. Through their LiveChat, a manager was able to take my questions on Social Media Marketing and within an hour the same manager contacted me via Email with information to help answer my questions. Its nice seeing a company with great customer service!
