My experience with cooling media was exceptional. The parts person i believe his name was lee went out of his way to help me when he saw the size of cooler pad i needed he chuckled it wasn't the norm for them.it was later in the day and service dept had closed so he couldn't cut one to size today and even if he could the cost for such a small pad would be excessive at that point he offered to look through thier scraps if i was willing to size it myself and all worked out well. When i asked about cutting it he told me precision was the key. Thanks gor your help
