Recommended stop before climbing in Talimena Scenic drive and has a rest area,wash room and travel info center within the same.
Closes sharp by 4pm, in case visiting after 4pm then better can skip it. Plan your visit ahead before visiting. Also the last food and gas stations are located close by before climbing in Talimena drive.

They have a lot of information: the lady there was very knowledgeable of the area and nice to visit with. I would recommend stopping here if you plan on doing anything in the Talihina area. It's well worth dropping something in the donation jar.

Recently went in to ask about local buildings for rent. The lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable of possible places to rent. When you’re in Talihina stop in and view the visitor’s center located in the same building. Well worth it!
