We went to the Journal to ask them to research an advertisement that I was interested in but had lost their contact information. Megan really dug in and did a lot of research for us, and I think we found what we were looking for. I also met Norm (everyone knows Norm) and he was helpful on getting me in contact with one of their contributors. And, you must take advantage of the freely offered ice cream.

Delivery part of this newspaper isn't good. Our Delivery person refuses to put newspaper into a bag to protect it from elements, still gets wet in the Delivery box. We have called multiple times about this. He will put in for like 2 days, after we call, then go back to no bag.

This post is overdue. We stopped subscribing to the newspaper when we were subscribers for years and all of a sudden noticed our paper was being delivered way late in the afternoon. So we reported that we were no longer receiving our paper in the morning. Our anonymity was apparently not respected as the next two mornings after we reported that our paper was late, The next two papers were delivered with a plastic bag that had urine all over it. Who does this?

Called several times and was told that I would have papers delivered to my store and nothing.. Was even told by the lady I talked to.. I'll be out in an hr.. That's a long hr., 4 days later... I have customers who walk to my store every morning for a paper others there like clock work. I guess I'll just have to tell them we no longer carry the daily journal. 🤷
