This is my second time coming here and I can’t say anything bad. You just have to comply with all the requirements and conditions of the company. I arrived at 9:30 am for loading, and it was scheduled for 11:45 and they accepted me, gave me a door number and, interestingly and even surprisingly, after 10-15 minutes they started loading me. When I read the reviews, of course it was a little scary, but that didn’t happen to me. The only problem is my bad English, but the girl has patience and respect, thank her for that. I give it 5 stars(🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) because it would be unfair to underrate it. Thanks to the staff.

Friendly people working here. Only downfall is it took 8 hours to load me. Be prepared to bring food with you. And be on time. If you're late, you're considered a "work-in".

Overnight parking is allowed, and there is a two stall restroom around the shipping office, last door on the right for men.

I mean 930pm appointment, they started to load me at 930 pm
I got here at 8 pm
It's a big parking lot with lots of room to maneuver
I guess I got lucky with the load time
And how can I complain they let me take my 10 on-site over by the side with the dropped trailers

Never but never... under any circumstances... do not pick up a load at this place. But never, ok? 9 hours after get a door and still waiting. 20 "people" inside with 18 parked forklifts. Two persons working and a rest of them on the phone. Worst loading experience ever.

Got there right on time for my 09:25 a.m. live load appointment, got a door immediately. 4hrs and 51 mins. later they were finished. Not a good experience at all. They load box by box not on pallets, that’s what takes so long. Also they are not in a big hurry. If you book your own loads stay away. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you do end up here for a live load read the signs take first drive way on right off of street go to shipping office not receiving office. When complete they will turn green light on and bang on trailer they want you to pull up to hand and watch you seal load. Then go get paperwork. Be safe out there drivers.

No problem. After reading the reviews I was expecting the worst. Checked in hour early, lady in shipping office was friendly, but very busy, and professional. Took my info, immediately gave me a door, and said come back on green light.
Appointment was for 11:15 am, loaded at 13:15. They started right on time and worked non stop till loaded. Grabbed paperwork, out by 13:30. Better than most, with overnight parking. All good!

The lady that checked me in was cordial but the shipping manager was a jerk… the lady told me verbatim that they weren’t busy & they would get to me soon. 4 hours later & no load… I went back in & the jerk said unfortunately you will have to be worked in… there was no other truck there except the Walmart truck in the front of the building. I literally sat for 3.5/4 hrs & no other truck ever came in. There’s also a safety issue as there’s not much lightning in the back of the facility where they had me waiting.Very poor service
