Marco made my business signs for 3G Pressure Pro including car magnets and a large sign for the back of my trailer. Working with Imagine Printing was easy as Marco adjusted the signs to match all my request. Really good pricing for the work, he even threw in a several free business stickers. I will definitely be using Imagine Printing for future projects.

Fantastic service! I came in a little last minute and asked for some help printing a sign, to frame as a keepsake announcing my pregnancy! I briefly summarized what I wanted and they let me know it would be done the following Tuesday only for them to complete it a day early, exceeding all my initial expectations! The quality of the sign was even nicer than anticipated! 10/10 recommend and will be returning for any future escapades regarding sign or print work!

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with Imagine Advertising Studio. The first time I purchased signage, I arrived for pickup only to find no one in the office. After calling, Marcos informed me they were at an installation and asked me to return at 3 PM. When I did, I still had to wait until 3:35 PM for someone to arrive. While this was already unprofessional, I overlooked it because I received my sign. However, upon inspection, it had multiple dents and scratches. I brought this to Marcos’ attention, and while he did reprint it, I had to wait another full day for a new pickup time.

Despite this, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, the second experience was just as frustrating. I was scheduled to pick up my sign at 9 AM, yet by 9:20 AM, I was still waiting with no sign in hand. On top of their unreliability, I had to take time out of my schedule and travel 35 minutes from my job just to be met with delays and poor communication. It’s clear that this company does not value their customers’ time.

When I expressed my concerns over the phone, Marcus simply said, “You don’t have to use my services.” This is not how customer service should be handled. I have been nothing but respectful and patient, yet this company has shown little regard for its customers.

I cannot recommend Imagine Advertising Studio due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for their customers’ time.

They always deliver the product as described. The quality is incredible and very accessible pricing. Also, their customer service is amazing, you can talk to the owner and he always gives you ideas. Highly recommend.
