Buyer beware. Not recommended.

1. Cost - They were charging over $40 per month for the digital subscription. The content is not worth that rate.

2. Cancellation policy - It took multiple attempts in August and September to get the subscription cancelled. They, of course, charged me for the month, I thought I had cancelled. With additional late fees.

3. Customer service - If you can reach them. Totally unsympathetic.

Mid-August 2024 I wrote the eagle to discontinue my subscription because of my dissatisfaction with their biased, liberal reporting and rising subscription rates for a DIGITAL edition. As of 11/2024 they are still hounding us for $$. Review their "terms and conditions" carefully as they include double-speak. Their 'customer service' department was "launched" shortly after my Mid-august email and clearly it's not about the customer. I might have considered returning in the future if they 'cleaned up their act' but they've gone too far and have no intention of serving the customer - only their bottom line.

The receiving people is a nice . Hand down. They let use restroom if u needed..and they are open from Monday to Thursday 8 am 4pm
Do not come in Friday or weekend.

Spent 2 weeks trying to place an ad. Left phone messages & emailed. No one ever bothered to reply.. Gee... I wonder why revenue is drying up...

I was having difficulty trying to surprise my father with the paper as a Christmas gift and changing the billing address from the mailing address kept giving me issues. I emailed the company and Mr. Ben Z. Was very helpful in getting this correct. Thank you!

The Eagle, it's publisher, management, and staff are are all dedicated to serving their community in a very personal way. I believe The Eagle is one of the best community newspapers in the country.

We should be getting the paper online, however this morning we received only the comics, one sports page, gardening page and want ads.
