I sent my wife to pickup an order on Sept 3rd and she was told the order was not ready for pickup. It is now Sept 10 and still no call or email about it being ready. Extremely unprofessional, I have tried calling BroCro but the employees don't seem to know how to answer a business phone. I will never be doing business with this company again. Like the last review said I also live on the other side of town and work in the next town over. This is a huge inconvenience.

When I tried to pick up my first order from Brocro on the day AFTER the promised pick up date I was told it wasn’t ready yet. No courtesy email saying it was delayed. This building is on the other side of town from me and was it was very annoying that I would have to drive there again.

Now I have come to pick up my second order with BroCro and he can’t find my order. Once again wasting a trip all the way out there. Unprofessional. Waste.

We were having a hard time finding someone to make a banner and window decal for our new business. I called BroCro Creative and emailed them. Not only did they respond quickly they used the design we had, and were able to have it printed in a short time. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all future needs.
