Sam was great through out the entire process. Even in the final hour we were able to make a change to the design. The final product turned out better than expected on our design. We thought we needed a cut out in the center to accommodate the seeing of our emergency lights but Sam experimented prior to doing it and waited until we could see those results. I was so impressed with the quality of work and the material used because we could see the lights without having to cut a hole. Customer satisfaction was their number 1 priority as Sam even offered if, down the road, I want to cut it out they would. I highly recommend Empire Wraps with Sam and his team for your wrapping needs.

Had a disappointing experience here. Wanted some paint protection film installed on my white SUV. Debated doing it myself but wanted a professional level job. Unfortunately there are several areas of visible debris and creases in the film. When I asked I was surprised when they told me they would replace and redo. When I called back to follow up I was dodged and put off with excuses on how long it takes to order etc etc. It is now 2 months later and I paid almost $300 for something I easily could have done myself with no experience. Would not recommend and I hate to say this about a local WF business that I would love to support
