We provided services for this company. Contract they agreed to for paying is DUE 15 days. When I try to run the credit card on file it was denied. The company stated to try again the next day which I did and it was denied again. When I told them that we needed to be paid, or our services would be canceled, I wast old that their replacement credit card got lost and they were waiting for new ones. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept them scheduled. As the bills continued to wrack up, I kept getting told that they where waiting on payments from other vendors, when I called the other vendors... I was told they had all ready paid them for the job that we did, but WE NEVER got paid. I have emailed them over and over... at first they told me they would know something by the end of the week, then by the following week... now the emails and communication has stoped. No one will respond to any of my emails or phone calls. IF THIS COMPANY wants to do business with you, DON'T they will not pay you and they are "broke" as I was told by one of their employees!

Had an unpleasant experience with this company. They installed fiber internet in my neighborhood. They had poor communication. Was told many different things throughout the process that ended up not being true (example being I would get a discount, how long it would take, when I could park in front of my house again, etc). Only mention/warning of what they were doing was a small flyer on the house door a couple weeks beforehand that mentioned incoming construction. Didnt explain the scale of it or how long. That they were going to have multiple large trucks and machines drilling and destroying yards. Not to mention the sound those machines make, They were there all day for months, sometimes as late as ~8pm. I work from home so this was a problem. Gave me migraines. They made some mistakes in my yard. Created a few leaks in our new ~2 month old irrigation system. When you make a cut in an irrigation system, it makes it more susceptible for other issues to occur so this is very disappointing. Broke some sprinklers. I had to reach out to them multiple times to make sure they fixed it. They fixed it but it is clearly of lower quality. Some of the grass isn't even getting water. Destroyed parts of our grass and bushes. Understandable because they had to dig there, but it looks bad and no sort of compensation other than adding grass seeds so it grows back. They were nice and respectful when I talked to them, but still. The poor communication and execution of the fiber internet installation at my yard is why I am writing this review and I feel others should know. Giving 2 stars because they were nice when I talked to them, seems like maybe they didnt have as many issues with other yards, and they at least came back to fix it and didnt leave it completely broken. Last point to bring up is whatever they did, it completely knocked my current/previous internet unstable. Goes out anywhere from a few seconds to 10min every hour or so. They are lucky fiber is so good and worth the upgrade otherwise I would be a lot more upset. As I stated earlier I work from home and rely on the internet, so this was an actual problem. I dont like writing bad reviews but needed to get this off my chest and hopefully this review helps others in the long run.

Desert Media is a Wonderful Company. Always supply quality work. The employees and the owner are very honest and friendly. I kept seeing their trucks around town and had no idea what they were doing until I saw the truck in my neighborhood and decided to ask and thankfully, they were installing fiber internet in the area. I've seen other trucks around town who I think were doing the same thing, but they weren't nearly as friendly as Desert Media was. And I saw little to no debris left when they were done. Thank You Desert Media! Can't wait for the internet upgrades!

I never used this company or heard of this company until one of their vans decided to tail gate me and my 4 year old in the HOV lane this am. Even when I was pushing 90 trying to get away from the van he was still on my rear. Hopefully their service is better than their driving.
